The tender for the purchase of municipal waste collection equipment within the framework of Integrated Solid Waste Management Programme II Kakheti and Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti regions has been cancelled. Pursuant to Section 2.5.15 (2) of KfW Procurement Guidelines (January 2019 version, updated January 2021), all bidders were rejected, in particular, all bids received were substantially non-compliant with the bidding requirements.

Short description of goods / service tendered:

Supply of different types of waste collection and street cleaning equipment. The tender is divided in lots.

Lot 1: Supply of waste collection trucks of different type and capacity, mechanical street sweeper (2), baler for cardboard/ paper (2) and a pedestrian forklift(2)

Lot 2: Waste bins of different capacity (1,100litre, 240litre and 120 litre) and for different types of waste; street sweeping equipment (street cleaning trolleys, uniforms for workers and street litter bins) Lot 3: Pickup trucks

Participants are allowed to submit tenders for individual lots or a combination of any and all lots.
