Market Research   European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia announces market research

This is to inform you that the European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia is going to launch a simplified tender procedure with selected tenderers for Works contract(s) for Hygienic Painting and Minor Renovation Works of Field Office Gori (FOG), Forward Operation Base Sackhere (FOBS) (FOG & FOBS as Lot 1) and Field Office Zugdidi (FOZ) (FOZ as Lot 2).

 

At FOG and FOZ minor renovation works will include renovation of rest room facilities.

 

As an outcome of the simplified tender procedure, EUMM expects to have Works contract(s) with contractor(s) which will be responsible for minor renovation works at FOG & FOBS (Lot 1) and at FOZ (Lot 2); tenderers are free to bid for one or both Lots. Subcontracting is allowed; however, the contractor will retain full liability towards the contracting authority for performance of the contract as a whole. Tenderers may form a Joint Venture, Consortium, or Association (JVCA).

 

We are currently exploring the market aiming to identify companies with the necessary capabilities to provide the above-mentioned minor renovation works. Therefore, the purpose of this enquiry is to identify the capacity of your company and to receive confirmation from you if your company is able and willing to participate in the above-mentioned simplified tender procedure.
